A fun way to make friends and improve your child’s English.

For a small subscription per month you can enrol your child on our Pen PAL service.

• We will select two possible pen pals from our database.

• Subject to mutual acceptance your child can send x4 emails per month.

• The emails are sent to us, we will check the content, correct any mistakes then deliver it to your child’s pen pal.

• Any corrected emails will also be sent to your child so the corrections can be studied.

• This service is available worldwide, your child could have a pen pal who lives in another country!!

• They can learn and expand their knowledge about different cultures and countries.

• Totally secure! Any emails sent will be checked thoroughly by a Phoenix member of staff and forwarded on to the respective Pen Pal, your child will never receive an email directly from another child.

PALs ONLINE COMMUNITY

Your child can make friends with other PALs around the world.

We want all our members to enjoy new friendships as safely as possible, so:

• Access to this site is dependent on a password selected by you, the parent/guardian.

• Emails are automatically sent to you every time the site is accessed.

• We operate a cut off ‘chat’ period to ensure your child doesn’t stay online too long.

• Our online community is always monitored.

• Your child can learn and expand their knowledge about different cultures and countries.

• Your child can choose their own image from our selection to use as an avatar.

• A great way to learn typing and English skills.
